All sale items are FINAL SALE and can NOT be exchanged or returned.

Like most custom items, our custom nameplate products require longer time to produce than usual. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery to the US. Longer lead time is needed for orders outside of the US.

Please note that we are unable to provide tracking # for orders outside of the US with our standard shipping method.
